How do you like to spend your free time?

I play soccer, do judo and am a big fan of “Dungeons & Dragons”. This gives me a good mix of physical challenge and creative fun.

Your hobby and your job - where do you see similarities? How does your hobby help you in your day-to-day work?

There are actually many parallels between my hobbies and my work. In soccer, you need good tactics and positioning, but also flexibility because you have to react quickly to situations. It's the same at work: projects require good planning and structure at the beginning, but there are always unforeseen challenges where you have to react flexibly as a team. This mixture of planning and flexibility helps me both on the pitch and at work.

Are there any events or traditions that you particularly like at the TIMETOACT GROUP or in your company?

I think it's great that we see each other several times a year for on-site meetings, even though we work at different locations. These events are a great opportunity to exchange ideas personally, make new contacts and simply get together. It strengthens the team spirit and makes working together even better.

If you could give your former self one piece of advice in terms of career development, what would it be?

Don't go to university and do an apprenticeship straight away. In IT, the experience and practical experience I gained during my apprenticeship is much more useful than the pure theory you learn in a degree course.
